Celine Vipiana founded the brand of the same name in 1945. She started out by making custom-made children's shoes when she was less than 30 years old. As word of mouth spread among Parisians, the brand's reputation grew. Encouraged by her distinguished customers, she began to tailor-make high-end custom shoes for the children of high-end customers.
